LOS ANGELES — The wild ride of Prime Video’s “The Boys” has come to an end.
The last episode of the hit show debuted this week, and it has been an emotional rollercoaster. No spoilers, but not all of our favorites made it to the end. To those beloved characters … we salute you.
“It’s crazy,” Antony Starr, who plays Homelander, told Spectrum News about the last season. “I think it is a very great finish to a show that we have all loved being a part of.”
In an interview with Spectrum News, the cast thanked fans for their support and shared which other character they would have liked to play if their journey on “The Boys” began anew.
Some of the cast also shared how working on “The Boys” helped build friendships that will continue beyond the show, and one cast member shared what she would or would not tell herself if she went back in time to when “The Boys” first started.
All five seasons of “The Boys” are now available to stream on Prime Video.
The show is based on the New York Times best-selling comic by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson, who also serve as executive producers. It was developed by executive producer and showrunner Eric Kripke.
