SAVANNAH, Ga.

The world-famous Budweiser Clydesdales are headed to Savannah for a three-day celebration honoring Budweiser’s 150th anniversary and its partnership with Folds of Honor.

The iconic eight-horse hitch will make appearances across the city from June 4–6 as part of a nationwide anniversary tour.

Festivities begin Thursday, June 4, at Daffin Park with a 4 p.m. hitching and a 5 p.m. parade ahead of the Savannah Bananas games against the Indianapolis Clowns at Grayson Stadium. The event will also celebrate Grayson Stadium’s 100th anniversary.

On Saturday, June 6, the Clydesdales will arrive at Morrell Park at 10 a.m. for a public hitching demonstration before parading down River Street at 11 a.m. The parade will end at Plant Riverside around 12:30 p.m., followed by photo opportunities and a public unhitching at 1 p.m.

As part of the celebration, Budweiser and Southern Crown Partners will also present a donation to Folds of Honor, which provides scholarships to families of fallen and disabled service members and first responders.

The Budweiser Clydesdales have represented Anheuser-Busch since 1933 and remain one of the company’s most recognizable traditions. Organizers encourage fans to arrive early for all events.
