Bryan Johnson praised for sharing photo of girlfriend at gyno exam

He’s at it again.

Famed biohacking billionaire Bryan Johnson has once again caused a social media frenzy by talking about his girlfriend’s vagina.

But this time, it’s not so much what he said that’s causing people to scratch their heads and praise him; it’s more so the bizarre, and rather uncomfortable, but informative photo he posted on X (formerly Twitter).

The anti-aging influencer clearly has no shame when it comes to boasting about his girlfriend, Kate Tolo’s privates, which he ranked in the “Top 1% of all vaginas,” according to her results from Tiny Health’s vaginal health test.

Now, he’s making sure she’s keeping her prized possession in tip-top shape by not only accommodating her to her gyno exam, but by literally standing right where the doctor is checking things out.

Alongside a picture of the doctor arm-deep in the exam, Johnson stands with a hand on his hip, trying to understand what the doctor is seeing on the ultrasound. (It’s also fair to wonder, who took the photo?)

To give credit where it’s due, above the shocking photo, Johnson explains how his better half is getting checked out to see if she has endometriosis. In this painful condition, tissue grows outside of the uterus, resulting in chronic pain, inflammation, and scarring during a menstrual cycle and often goes misdiagnosed.

“Examining Kate’s 1% She has suspected endometriosis. This affects at least 1 in 10 women, likely more. Here she’s getting an ultrasound. Historically you needed surgery just to diagnose it (incisions are made in the abdomen). We’re doing a non-invasive route. Typically women live with endometriosis for 7-10 years before being diagnosed…” he wrote in his X post.

Before users praised Johnson’s post, which has over 24 million views and counting, for raising awareness on endometriosis and possibly finding a solution to it — they went bananas over the wild picture he posted.

“Some of this stuff you can keep to yourself – no one will begrudge you that,” one wrote.

“Isn’t this picture a direct HIPAA violation,” another questioned.

“This man documents relationships like NASA mission reports,” someone else joked, while another had a surprising revelation, writing, “My first thought was ‘enough of this’ but then I saw endo mentioned and you know what, actually carry on and thank you for your service.”

“Thank you for bringing awareness to endometriosis it is a serious issue that a lot of us women deal with and it’s absolutely astounding. There’s not better care for it.. Pictures a little weird but you do you,” another earnest comment read.
