McDonald’s is bringing five international menu items to Australia for the first time ever.
The fast food giant has handpicked a lineup of global fan favourites from Japan, Canada, the UK and the US to create the new “Menu Heist”.
From Wednesday, May 27, Aussies across the country will be able to get their hands on the tasty new selection that they might not have tried before, unless they were on holiday.
But the offering will only be available for a limited time.
“For the first time, Menu Heist brings together some of the most loved menu items from around the world, giving Aussies the chance to try them right here at home,” Amanda Nakad, marketing director of menu and brand for McDonald’s Australia, said.

The Teriyaki Chicken Burger is a certified Japanese classic that hundreds of foodies have raved about online.
Made with 100 per cent Aussie chicken breast fillet, it’s coated in a delicious, sweet-and-tangy teriyaki sauce, layered with crisp shredded lettuce and creamy mayonnaise.
It’s best known for its rich balance of flavours all tucked into a soft bun.
Also from Japan, the Garlic & Black Pepper McNuggets will make its Aussie debut.
The tender, juicy chicken is well-seasoned with a bold blend of garlic and black pepper, delivering a flavour bomb with every bite.
Inspired by the classic Eggs Benedict, the Canadian Benny-Style Bacon ‘N Egg Bagel will likely be a popular choice among Aussies.
It’s made with rasher bacon, egg, cheese and creamy hollandaise sauce, all served in a warm, lightly toasted bagel. It’ll be available daily until 11:30am.

The Philly Cheese Stack, from the UK, is big, bold and incredibly cheesy. It’s full of flavour and made with two beef patties, grilled onions, three layers of cheese and finished with a cheese sauce and pickles.
If you’re ordering fries, McNuggets or McWings, be sure to try the Special Edition GOLD Sauce from the US.
The North Carolina-style BBQ sauce is a smooth, creamy blend of sweet, smoky, mustard and tomato.
