Rumson-Fair Haven returns to the top spot in the rankings after capturing the Shore Conference Tournament championship. The Bulldogs put together an impressive week, highlighted by victories over then-No. 1 Trinity Hall, 9-8, and No. 3 Red Bank, 17-11.
RFH boasts one of the most complete rosters in the state, combining balance, depth, and championship experience across all three levels. Junior Chloe Kelly continues to lead a dynamic offensive unit, totaling 59 goals and 22 assists on the season. Juniors Aly Megaw and Reese Lydon have each delivered standout campaigns as well, both surpassing the 56-point mark. Senior Chase Memmott has made a seamless transition from lockdown defender to impact midfielder, excelling on both ends of the field, while sophomore Becca Newell has emerged as another key scoring threat with 31 goals.
Defensively, the Bulldogs are anchored by junior Harbour Goldsmith, one of the contenders for Defensive Player of the Year. Goldsmith has consistently neutralized some of the top offensive players not only in the Shore Conference, but throughout the state. Senior Maddie Desena has also been instrumental, providing the Bulldogs with another reliable shutdown presence on defense.
In goal, Sydney Kiernan has established herself as one of the premier goalkeepers in the conference, routinely delivering clutch saves in critical moments.
The Bulldogs earned the No. 2 seed in the South Jersey Group 1 tournament, positioning themselves as a strong favorite to advance to the sectional final, where a potential matchup with perennial contender Haddonfield could await.
If Rumson-Fair Haven captures another state championship, the Bulldogs will solidify their hold on the No. 1 spot in the final rankings. However, if RFH falls short and Trinity Hall goes on to win the Non-Public title, the Monarchs could reclaim the top spot since the two teams split their meetings.

2. Trinity Hall (17-3) Last Week: 1

Trinity Hall loses its hold on the No. 1 spot in the rankings after enduring its toughest stretch of the season. The Monarchs suffered a narrow 9-8 loss to Rumson-Fair Haven in the Shore Conference Tournament semifinals before falling to non-conference opponent Allentown later in the week. Despite the setbacks, Trinity Hall still possesses all the necessary pieces to make a deep run in the Non-Public state tournament.
The Monarchs are led by arguably the top player in the Shore Conference in junior Chiara Donohue, who has put together a remarkable season with 113 goals, 121 draw controls, and 107 forced turnovers. Junior O’Malley Eldridge has been a key complementary piece, contributing 45 goals and 32 assists, while sophomore Sarina Derosa has emerged as a breakout star with 35 goals and 36 assists. Sophomore Lyla Lu has also played a major role in the offense, totaling 28 goals and 24 assists.
Defensively, Trinity Hall remains one of the conference’s strongest units, anchored by two standout defenders in senior Winnie Popham and junior Maddy Plank. In goal, sophomore Anna Pharo has been exceptional, posting the top save percentage in the Shore Conference.
The Monarchs earned the No. 2 seed in the Non-Public tournament and will receive a first-round bye before entering the bracket as favorites against either potential second-round opponent. Trinity Hall defeated seventh-seeded Holy Spirit 15-4 earlier this season, putting the Monarchs in strong position to make a run to the semifinals, where a matchup with North Jersey powerhouse Kent Place could await. On the opposite side of the bracket sits top-seeded Oak Knoll, which handed Trinity Hall a 14-7 defeat during the regular season.
If Trinity Hall captures the Non-Public title and Rumson-Fair Haven falls short of another state championship, the Monarchs could reclaim the No. 1 spot in the final rankings since the two teams split their meetings this season.

Southern only played once this past week, suffering a heartbreaking loss to Red Bank in the Shore Conference Tournament semifinals.
Sophomore Mackenzie Sininsky continues to establish herself as one of the top players in the Shore Conference, consistently delivering standout performances in every facet of the game. Sininsky has totaled 66 goals and 37 assists while also making a major impact defensively and in transition with 68 ground balls, 71 draw controls, and 54 caused turnovers. Callie Siek has also provided valuable veteran leadership and steady production throughout the season.
In goal, senior Adyson Griffin has been a rock-solid presence for the Rams. The senior goalkeeper has posted an impressive 59 percent save rate and continues to give Southern a reliable last line of defense.
The Rams will be heavily favored in their first two postseason matchups before potentially hosting a talented 12-4 Montgomery squad in the sectional semifinals. Top-seeded Cherokee, whom Southern defeated in last year’s sectional final, sits on the opposite side of the bracket as another potential postseason obstacle.
Upcoming games: (15) Marlboro (SJ 4)
5. Middletown South (10-6) Last Week: 5

Middletown South did not play this past week and enters the postseason looking to regroup and refocus.
The Eagles possess one of the Shore Conference’s deepest and most talented rosters, but inconsistency throughout the season has prevented them from fully capitalizing on their potential and returning to the top four of the rankings. Offensively, Middletown South features plenty of firepower, led by Hayley Jamison, Ashley Penn, Abby Gallagher, Anna Stumberger, and Alexis Marquis. Jamison has paced the attack with 52 goals, while Penn has added 39. Marquis has contributed 28 goals, Stumberger has recorded 27, and Gallagher has chipped in 20.
At their best, the Eagles have shown they are capable of competing with — and defeating — some of the Shore Conference’s top teams. If Middletown South can find greater consistency heading into the state tournament, the talent is certainly there for the Eagles to make a deep postseason run.
The Eagles are guaranteed at least one more home game, but they will likely need to go on the road for the remainder of their postseason run. Third-seeded Morris Knolls, a potential second-round opponent, enters the tournament with a 5-12 record, though they faced a demanding schedule filled with North Jersey powers and are likely far more dangerous than their record suggests.
Upcoming games: (11) Millburn (NJ 3)
6. Manasquan (7-8) Last Week: 6

Manasquan had the week off as the Warriors prepared for the start of the state tournament.
Despite a challenging stretch over the past six games, sophomore Chloe Stevens has continued to be a bright spot for the Warriors, consistently producing offensively and providing stability to the attack. Juniors Dylan Carnahan and Sarah Sharpe have also played key roles, helping power an offense capable of generating production from multiple areas of the field.
Throughout the season, Manasquan has shown the ability to rise to the occasion against elite competition and thrive in high-pressure matchups. Consistency, however, has been difficult to maintain at times, making the Warriors one of the more unpredictable teams entering the postseason. If Manasquan can rediscover its rhythm, the talent is there for the Warriors to make a deep tournament run.
The Warriors earned the No. 2 seed and will have the advantage of hosting the first three rounds on Pat Barnaba Turf Athletic Field, provided they continue to advance. Top-seeded Allentown, which recently defeated Trinity Hall, sits on the opposite side of the bracket as a potential sectional final matchup.

Point Boro continued its outstanding season with another undefeated week, defeating Howell 13-8 to extend its impressive run.
Senior Lily Scalabrini has been the driving force behind the Panthers’ offense all season, leading the team with 45 goals. Junior Audrey Gilbert has complemented the attack with a breakout campaign of her own, totaling 38 goals to emerge as another dangerous scoring threat. Senior Francesca Skowronski has made an impact all over the field, winning 86 draw controls while providing a physical and disruptive defensive presence. Junior midfielder Lucy Hauser has also delivered steady offensive production, scoring in 12 consecutive games.
Defensively, the Panthers have been anchored by senior goalkeeper Sloane Schwertheim. Schwertheim has recorded 120 saves this season and consistently come through in critical moments to help stabilize the team.
The Panthers will need to defeat a talented Shore squad for the third time this season if they hope to advance in the postseason. Should Point Boro move on, a matchup with top-seeded Haddonfield would likely await in the next round.
Upcoming games: (9) Shore (SJ 1)
9. Shore (8-11) Last Week: 9

Shore’s Ava Matthews (Photo by Patrick Olivero)
Shore Regional remains at No. 9 in the rankings after earning a 14-10 victory over Princeton. The Blue Devils enter the postseason playing some of their best lacrosse of the season, winning three of their last four games.
Junior Marielle Montenegro has led the offensive attack throughout the year, totaling 49 goals and 13 assists. Fellow junior Ava Matthews has also been instrumental in the scoring surge with 41 goals and 15 assists, while sophomore Scarlett Watson has emerged as another major contributor, recording 38 goals and nine assists.
Shore will look to leave Al Saner Field with a victory for the first time this season after falling short in its previous two trips, including a loss in the Shore Conference Tournament. If the Blue Devils are able to advance, a road matchup against top-seeded Haddonfield would likely await in the next round.
Upcoming games: at (8) Point Boro (SJ 1)
10. Central (10-8) Last Week: 10

Central’s Brianna Nelson (Photo by Patrick Olivero)
Central did not play this past week as the Golden Eagles prepared for the start of the state tournament.
Sophomore Addison Frulio is one of the Shore Conference’s most underrated talents this season. Frulio has dominated offensively with 77 goals and 16 assists, while also impacting every phase of the game with 73 ground balls and 93 draw controls.
Senior Brianna Nelson has provided another major spark for the Golden Eagles’ offense, establishing herself as a reliable scoring option with 41 goals on the year.
Should the Golden Eagles defeat Hightstown in the opening round, they will likely have to travel to face top-seeded Moorestown in the next stage of the tournament.
