GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The No. 9/18 Florida Gators have been selected as one of 16 Regional host sites for the 2026 NCAA Baseball Tournament, as announced by the NCAA selection committee on Sunday night.
As a top-16 seed in the NCAA Tournament, Florida’s Condron Family Ballpark will host the Gainesville Regional from Friday, May 29 through Monday, June 1 (if necessary). The complete NCAA Gainesville Regional field, along with the full field of 64 teams, national seeding and game times will be announced on Monday, May 25 at 12 p.m. via a selection show on ESPN2.
The 2026 season marks Florida’s 20th as an NCAA Regional host and first since hosting three in a row from 2021-23. Condron Family Ballpark has now been a host site in four of its six seasons as the home of the Orange & Blue. This will be the Gators’ 13th time hosting under Head Coach Kevin O’Sullivan, who has reached the NCAA Tournament in each of his 18-full seasons at the helm. Florida will be making its 41st all-time NCAA Regional appearance as a program.
All NCAA Regionals are scheduled to take place this upcoming weekend, spanning from Friday, May 29 to Monday, June 1. The Gators enter the postseason as winners of 10 of their last 12 games, claiming three-straight SEC series victories to close out the regular season before advancing to the SEC Tournament semifinals. Florida takes a 39-18 overall record and nation-best 15-7 mark against top-25 opponents into the NCAA Tournament.
On May 25, 64 total teams will be selected for the NCAA Tournament with the 16 schools chosen as host schools welcoming three visiting teams to each ballpark. Four teams will compete across each of those NCAA Regional sites to determine which 16 programs will advance to NCAA Super Regionals, scheduled for June 5-8. The 2026 College World Series will take place at Charles Schwab Field in Omaha, Neb. From June 12-22.

Who Is Eligible and When You Can Order
Beginning May 24: 2026 baseball season ticket holders can purchase their seats until May 26 at 5 p.m.
Beginning May 27: General public can order All-Session Regional Passes beginning at 10 a.m.
Beginning May 28: Single-game tickets are available for purchase beginning at 10 a.m.
