What do you plan to do after High School (what do you want to be when you grow up): I plan on attending McMurry University and majoring in education. I will be also running track there. I want to be a art teacher and a track coach.
Personal/Scholastic Accomplishments: I went to state in cross country my freshman and senior year. I went to state in track in the 800 meter run. I will be in the all-star game as a cheerleader in June with my best friend Chelsea!
Who has been most influential in your life: The most influential people in my life would be my parents. They taught me to always fight for what I wanted in life, to never give up on what you love, and to do it all out. They have supported me all through high school and my life and they are the greatest parents ever!

What do you plan to do after High School (what do you want to be when you grow up): I plan on going to college at TSTC in Sweetwater. After I graduate from TSTC, I plan on working as a Wind Technician. With my career on track, I want to travel around to different parts of the world.
Who has been most influential in your life: My parents and family influence me. They encourage me to do better and be a better person. They support me in everything I do. I'm blessed and very thankful that I have such a loving and supportive family. Another person who has influenced me since I met her is Eloise Mares. She is like a second mother to me. She helps me out with anything and everything. I know I can always count on her to be there for me. Thank you Eloise and Thank You to my family and friends.

What do you plan to do after High School (what do you want to be when you grow up): After high school, I will be attending college. In college, I will be studying for a double major in art education and psychology. Someday I want to be either an art teacher or an art therapist.

Who has been most influential in your life: The person that has been most influential in my life has been my mother. She has been right by my side for 18 years. We have been through some very strenuous times, but we always pull through. When my father passed away, she was there for me. She has always supported me in whatever I did. She has inspired me to do my best and work hard at everything I do. I love my mother and I will always be her baby.

What do you plan to do after High School (what do you want to be when you grow up): I plan on attending South Plains College in Levelland with a major in Wildlife Management and minor in business. After that I will transfer to Texas Tech to hopefully obtain my bachelors in both. Then hopefully begin my career as a soil conservationist.
Personal/Scholastic Accomplishments: Basketball, Football, 4 year Letterman in Baseball. Most school spirit. Kris Strube's biggest fan. Surviving the night Damien Halfmann almost killed me in a car accident. FFA Quiz team.
Who has been most influential in your life: Marina Cabrera my older cousin because she was one person that always believed in me and someone I could always talk to. The same goes for Christina Albarado, that lady always kept me in line and make sure that I was trying to be the best I could be. My mother is a strong influence in my life also, because she has always worked so hard as a single mother to support me. No matter what, I have never been denied anything. I love you mom. Now Mike Albarado, Mike has been the closest thing to a father figure for me. I have learned so much from this man. He has taught me no matter what, family first. No matter what, Mike always took me in and cared for me. I'm so glad that since 7th grade I got to spend time with this man. I love you Mike Albarado.

What do you plan to do after High School (what do you want to be when you grow up): I am planning on working in the summer, to get more money for college expenses. Then when the summer is over I am going to go to Angelo State University.
Personal/Scholastic Accomplishments: Made friendships with a lot of people, was able to work and pass all my classes, received scholarships, got accepted into ASU, still best friends with my best friend since 6th grade.
Who has been most influential in your life: My mother and sister have been most influential in my life. They have taught me everything. I would not be here without their supporting me in everything I do.

Who has been most influential in your life: I can not say that just one person has influenced me more than anyone because it was three people. My dad, Patrick Egan, and my grandparents, Marilyn and Jerry Egan. Whenever I need anything, I can turn to either one of these three people. I would have accomplished nothing in high school without them there to support me. They have prepared me for the next part of my life and I greatly appreciate it. As I head to Tarleton State, I am a little bit nervous but ready because having these people in my life has given me a head start on many kids my age.

Who has been most influential in your life: The people who have influenced my life the most this past year would have to be Carol Stokes and the Holcomb family and staff of Ballinger Florist. Also Larry, Rebbie and Ryan Lange, as well as, the Lange Funeral Home staff. They have made me the person I am today. My mom and dad for believing in me and being the two best friends I can depend on. To mom, dad, Carol, Cassie, Kurt, Hannah Bananas, Larry, Rebbie, and Ryan, I love you and thank you for always being there. I love you all!

What do you plan to do after High School (what do you want to be when you grow up): I plan to join the Army and make a career in the Army. I will also go to Palacaso University in San Antonio, TX. I am planning to go to college and get a masters degree in criminal justice.
Personal/Scholastic Accomplishments: I have accomplished many things in school the teachers teach us the best they can. I have to work so I can have what I what and that's what I accomplished as a boy.
Who has been most influential in your life: The most influential person in my life would be my girlfriend Christina because she sticks with me through thick and thin. My mom has done a lot for me and my dad he taught me right from wrong, I love you. My grandma, she is just the most wonderful thing that I ever had.

Who has been most influential in your life: My Grandfather is one of the most influential people in my life. He always knew what to say to keep my spirits up. He taught me how to do almost everything. My Grandfather was the happiest man I know. He inspires me to always see the good in things and never let anything get me down.

Personal/Scholastic Accomplishments: 15 Who's Who Awards, 2 time regional UIL Science qualifier, regional UIL science team champions, State UIL science qualifier, academic all-state football award, 2nd team offensive and defensive line.
Who has been most influential in your life: My family because my parents have pushed me to be the person I am today and my little brothers because they look up to me; therefore, helping me make better decisions.

Who has been most influential in your life: Mom, Dad, my best friends, friends at church, teachers, coaches.

What do you plan to do after High School (what do you want to be when you grow up): Attend college and get a degree in social work. Work in a rehab hospital assisting the handicapped.
Personal/Scholastic Accomplishments: surviving a broken spine, fractured skull, and learning to live with my disabilities, presenter at coronation, Who's Who for English, full ride scholarship to the college of my choice, completing a 5k marathon in a wheelchair.
Who has been most influential in your life: My mother, she has been there through the toughest of times. Thank you to the teachers and staff at Ballinger High School for all their support, love, and understanding during a very tough time in my life, your support has meant a lot to me. A special thank you to my classmates for standing by me through thick and thin and last but not least the people of Ballinger. The community makes me proud to be from Ballinger.

What do you plan to do after High School (what do you want to be when you grow up): I want to attend Angelo State and major in nursing. I would like to get my Bachelor's degree and move to a hospital scene. After being in a hospital, I want to be a traveling nurse for a while. After starting a family, I want to continue working in a hospital or clinic.
Personal/Scholastic Accomplishments: I have made and kept great friendships that will last a life time. I have personally been able to be myself through out school and haven't let temptations get to me. Another accomplishment is that I am graduating with honors as 18th in my class. 
Who has been most influential in your life: The person most influential in my life would have to be my grandfather. He is a strong willed, strong faith, and is a big hearted man. He has taught me that the greatest pleasure in life is to give back. He over came being electrocuted and as a thank you to God of all the blessings he brought him, my grandfather built the cross. He is my inspiration and guide. I love him so very much and I am truly happy to have him as a role model.

What do you plan to do after High School (what do you want to be when you grow up): After graduation I am going to work with my dad for a month putting up metal buildings until I leave for the Marine Corps boot camp on July 13. After my graduation there I will pursue my MOS training in Maryland as a Combat Engineer under welding. After that I will be based at one of the Marine Corps bases.
Personal/Scholastic Accomplishments: I have been thrown in jail. I received Top Hand Award in Ag, passed Geometry with Coach Bux.
Who has been most influential in your life: My mom has been a great influence in my life. she has shown me that there is always good after something bad happens. She has always been there for me, I can talk to her about anything. She is not only a wonderful mom, but a really good friend.

What do you plan to do after High School (what do you want to be when you grow up): I plan to attend Texas Christian University and major in Radio/TV/Film. My ultimate goal is to become a film director.
Personal/Scholastic Accomplishments: Throughout my years in high school I have been very active in organizations and my school work. I feel I have accomplished my goals of graduating top in my class (3rd with a GPA of 99.16), becoming a good role model and citizen, and most of all growing into a person with high morals and standards for greatness.
Who has been most influential in your life: There have been many people that have had an influence in my life. My parents, grandparents, brother and sister, aunts and uncles, cousins, teachers and friends. I thank everyone who has helped me to reach this time in my life. Who has been most influential in your life: My parents have been the most influential in my life. They support me in everything I do and still love me no matter what I do. With their guidance, I hope to become an outstanding parent and individual like they are.

Personal/Scholastic Accomplishments: My personal accomplishment this year was finding out who my true friends are. My scholastic accomplishment was staying on the AB honor roll all year.
Who has been most influential in your life: My mom has been the biggest influence in my life because even when she was going through a hard time, she stayed strong and got through it. She has supported me through everything I have tried this year, and all the years before that.

What do you plan to do after High School (what do you want to be when you grow up): After high school, I plan to graduate from Western Texas College with an Associates degree in Radio/TV broadcasting. I plan to have a job at a popular radio station making money. I would like to marry and just live happy.
Personal/Scholastic Accomplishments: I was on of the three Masters of Ceremonies at the 2009 Ballinger Coronation. District champs in football, signed on to WTC to run track, qualified for regionals in track, and broke the schools sprint relay record 43.22.
Who has been most influential in your life: My mom is very influential in my life. She is the one that pushed me the hardest, when my grades were low, to help me bring my grades up. My friends have helped me out tremendously by picking me up when I was down, and just being there when I needed someone to talk to. My stepfather Don has always been the one that has the wisdom to help me through my struggles and is there to encourage me at track meets or football games.

Personal/Scholastic Accomplishments: State Qualifier in UIL Science, 1st Team UIL Science at Regional, 2nd Team Science at District. Top Chemistry at District, Silver Medalist for Physics at Regional. I have a 96.38 GPA and I'm 10th in my class. I have made great friends and I plan to keep them near me.
Who has been most influential in your life: My Grandpa had pushed me to excel durinng school. He told me to go to college and make something of myself. He taught me how to work and push myself.

What do you plan to do after High School (what do you want to be when you grow up): I am going to wait a year after graduating. Then I am going to a tech school. I want to become a welder and get my welding degree and work for a company for a few years then get my own company or my own job.
Personal/Scholastic Accomplishments: I have received many Who's Who awards, Athletic award and attendance awards. I also have gotten recommended in my TAKS in years past.
Who has been most influential in your life: Both my Dad and my Mom. They have kept me going with my school. They have been there in my struggles. My brothers and sisters have influenced me in my life and helped me as I went through school.

Who has been most influential in your life: The person who has influenced my life the most is my dad. He has taught me so much over the years. He has coached me in almost every activity or sport that I have participated in . He has been my YMCA coach in every sport I played. He has taught me to change a tire, balance a check book, change my oil. He is so knowledgeable in so many different aspects of life. I am very appreciative to be his son.

I'm going to graduate from college with honors and have a successful career. Then I plan on getting married. After retiring I plan to travel all over the world.
Personal/Scholastic Accomplishments: My greatest accomplishment in life is surrounding myself with good people and awesome friends by just being myself. I'm graduating with honors and in the top ten of my class. I've also been active in student council and FCCLA. I'm proud to say I've kept the same best friend since pre-K and we will be best friends for many years to come.
Who has been most influential in your life: Everyone I know has been influential in my life including my friends and family. without them I would not be the person I am today. My parents have always supported me in anything I wanted to do and believed in me even when I didn't believe in myself. My brother and grandmothers have taught me to fight hard for what you want without giving up. My friends always make me laugh, give me a shoulder to cry on, and support me no matter what.

What do you plan to do after High School (what do you want to be when you grow up): After I obtain a degree in Criminal Justice, I want to go into law enforcement. Specifically, the Texas DPS. Eventually I plan to become a Texas Ranger and go into the narcotics division to help the war on drugs.
Personal/Scholastic Accomplishments: My accomplishments include All-Region and All-Area Bands, 2 years of drum major, history making state qualifiers in One Act Play, state alternate cx-debate district champs prose, state alt. marching band and all the great memories of high school.
Who has been most influential in your life: The most influential people in my life are my parents. The took me in when I was born and no one wanted me, believed in me when everyone else put me down, and taught me how to be the man I am today. I hope I have honored them with my accomplishments over my years and pray I can make them proud in the future. Thanks mom and dad!!

What do you plan to do after High School (what do you want to be when you grow up): I will be attending St. Edwards University in Austin. I plan to major in biology while taking the pre-med track. My ultimate goal is to attend medical school to become a trauma doctor.
Personal/Scholastic Accomplishments: My personal and scholastic accomplishment is graduating as the valedictorian of my class.
Who has been most influential in your life: There are several influential people in my life. My parents have helped me and guided me through all of my years in school. I have learned from my grandparents several life lessons and they have shown me unconditional love. I have also been influenced by my teacher especially Mr. and Mrs. Ellis. They have provided valuable instructions in music and life. To all these remarkable people, I thank you!

What do you plan to do after High School (what do you want to be when you grow up): I will be attending Connors State College in fall of 2009 on a full ride judging scholarship. There I will begin my major of Ag Business and after two years I will transfer to Texas Tech University where I will receive my bachelor degree in Ag Business and then own a branch of my dad's feed stores.
Personal/Scholastic Accomplishments: I received a full ride judging scholarship to Connors State College which has always been a big goal of mine. I was a member of the National Honor Society. I received high standard of awards all across the state of Texas in livestock showing and livestock judging. I have achieved many goals too many to name but I am very proud.
Who has been most influential in your life: The most influential person in my life has been my dad. He has always been there for me no matter what and has taught me everything he knows. He has taught me how to grow up and do what's right and how to be a good young man. He is the one that has helped me become so successful over my career, no matter if it was football or sheep showing, he has always helped me. I would not ask for anyone else in the world ever to have been there to influence me and help me because no other person could have done better. THANKS DAD.

Who has been most influential in your life: My mom has always been there no matter what. She's taught me to be strong, to be respectful, and to help out others in need. But most of all I don't know what I would do without my brother and sister and especially my family for pushing me to go so far in my life.

Who has been most influential in your life: Paul's hero through the years has been his dad. He has been an amazing father and best friend to Paul through the years. Paul often defines their relationship as "my dad is my hero". Paul states, "My dad helps me do things like shave and learn how to cut the grass." "Dad has helped me to grow up into a man." The two have been inseparable and it's been a privilege to see them accomplish so much and boning as father and son. Thanks to a very special uncle who has been there as a mentor for Paul through thick and thin-Uncle Ramon Cavazos.

Personal/Scholastic Accomplishments: Some of my greatest personal accomplishments have been, making cheerleader from 7th grade to my first year in college, having my best friend Alyssa with me all through high school, and making so many decisions that have brought me this far in my life. As for my scholastic accomplishments, I have been in National Honors Society for 3 years, graduated top 10 in my class with honors, and have received many academic awards.
Who has been most influential in your life: My mom has been the most influential person in my life, for 18 years. Even though I always say that she wants to be just like me. I really want to be like her. She has taught me so much in my life that no one else could have taught me. She lives her life for God and has taught me to do the same thing. Personal/Scholastic Accomplishments: My greatest accomplishment I have made in my life is the people I surround myself with. I met a girl in pre-k and she quickly became my best friend and has been ever since. I know that all the friendships I have will be everlasting. I have accomplished many things in school including Who's Who awards, graduating with honors, and graduating with the class of 2009.
Who has been most influential in your life: Many people have influenced me in my life. A great family and a wonderful group of friends. One person who has really influenced me is Louis Phillips, owner of Crown Burger. He's taught me many things from work ethics to what it means to finish what you start. He's shown me the effects of life and how to not let anything slow you down. Who has been most influential in your life: Along with my wonderful mother my two best friends have definitely influenced my life. Without Kayla and Melissa this year would have probably been pointless. I also made new friends this year and I'm glad I did. Even though the friendship didn't turn out for the better, it made me realize that even if you love someone it doesn't mean they won't lie to you in the end. I also want to thank everyone who has been there for me when I needed it the most; all my friends that I have know since seventh grade.
